This describes, honestly and specifically, what Mo Media & Marketing actually collects through this website and what it's used for. It is not written or reviewed by an attorney, and it is not a substitute for legal advice — privacy requirements vary by location, so please consult a lawyer for anything that depends on a specific legal guarantee.

Information you give us

If you fill out the “Request a Free Website Preview” form, we collect your name, business name, phone number and/or email, and anything else you choose to type in — for example, your current website or what you need help with. This information goes directly into our own customer system so we can follow up about your request. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Information collected automatically

• A basic, anonymized visit log — which page was viewed, what site referred you here (if any), your general device type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that cannot be reversed back to the original. This does not use a cookie and is not tied to your name or any account.
• Cookies — a small number of first-party cookies for keeping the site working and remembering your cookie choice, and (only with your permission) one optional cookie that remembers a homepage design preference. See our Cookie Policy for the full, actual list.

Third-party tracking

We do not currently use any third-party advertising or analytics services (like Google Analytics or a Facebook/Meta pixel) on this website. If that ever changes, this page and our Cookie Policy will be updated before any such service starts running, and it will respect your existing cookie choice.

How long we keep information

Information you submit through the preview request form is kept as part of our normal customer records for as long as we might reasonably follow up with you about your project. Cookie choices are remembered for up to a year, or until you clear your browser's cookies.

You can control optional cookies at any time from the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of this site. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted through our contact form, reach out using the contact details in the footer and we'll take care of it.
