Marketplace Posting Tool: Subscription Terms

What you are buying

A month-to-month license to use the Marketplace Posting Tool, a Windows app that helps a used-car dealership post its inventory to Facebook Marketplace, for one dealership. The price is $50 USD per month. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

New dealerships may get their first month for $1 while this offer is active. The subscription then renews at $50 per month unless it is canceled. The $1 first month is available once per dealership; if the email address you use has subscribed before, the normal $50 per month applies from the start.

After your first payment we email you a personal access code and the download link. The app checks your subscription with our server, so it can stop working if the subscription is not active. If your computer is offline, the app keeps working for up to 3 days and then needs to reach our server again.

Month to month, no contract

There is no long-term contract and no minimum term. Each month is a separate one-month subscription. You are charged when you subscribe and then every month on the same day until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it, and access can be paused until the payment goes through.

Cancel any time

Use the manage-subscription link below, or email sales@mmmpdx.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund a month you have already paid for.

Your access code

Your code is for one dealership. Please do not share it. We may turn off a code that is being used by other businesses.

One code works on up to 2 computers (for example an office PC and a laptop). If you replace a computer, email sales@mmmpdx.com and we will free up the spot.

Facebook and your account

The tool automates actions on Facebook Marketplace, which may be against Facebook’s terms. Facebook can limit or suspend accounts that post a lot or very fast, and we cannot prevent that. You decide whether and how fast to post, and you are responsible for your Facebook account, your listings, and following the laws that apply to selling vehicles (titles, disclosures, dealer licensing, and so on).

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook. We do not promise any number of leads, views or sales.

Your data

Your cars, photos and settings stay on your own computer. The app contacts our server only to check your subscription and to look for updates. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limits of our responsibility

The tool is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or account restrictions on third-party services.

Changes

If we change the price or these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you at least 30 days ahead, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
